MFR Yoga and Qi Gong

Sheri Brimm PT, is an RYT-200 Yoga Teacher, and has trained in Grace Vedala's MFR Yoga, and is also a certified teacher for Holden Qi gong, as well as uses her expertise as a PT with some women's health training.  The goal is to empower you with learning the equipment or tools you need for self-treatment so that you can continue your healing process whether or not you are coming in routinely for therapy.

MFR self-treatment retreats and classes are available to help teach you what MFR is and how you can apply the principles to treating yourself at home.

Techniques employed include MFR Yoga, Holden QI Gong, and self treatment using tools such as vinyl or lacrosse balls, yoga blocks, foam rollers, etc.  These tools help you to learn how to release stress, tension, and guarding in your body to provide better postural alignment and ease of movement.  

I teach small groups at my office (4-5 people) and/or can do individual or semiprivate sessions with you and your friend or family member.  In office small group classes are usually $30 with a discount if purchased in a package.   Individual sessions are $70 per half hour booked.  I can also do ZOOM or Telehealth consults for your convenience.
